LOVE NEWFOUNDLANDS, LLC SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

PURPOSE

This social media policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for users engaging with Love Newfoundlands, LLC (“Love Newfoundlands”) on social media platforms (Facebook, X, Threads, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok, etc). By participating in our online community, users agree to abide by these guidelines.

Users are expected to communicate respectfully with each other and with Love Newfoundlands. Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

a. Do not share personal information about yourself or others on the blog’s social media platforms.
b. Respect the privacy of other users and refrain from discussing confidential information.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when engaging with Love Newfoundlands on social media platforms.

COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES:

a. Do not engage in unauthorized commercial activities or spamming.
b. Do not post advertisements or promotional content without prior approval from Love Newfoundlands.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

a. By posting content on Love Newfoundland’s social media platforms, users grant Love Newfoundland the right to use, modify, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.
b. Love Newfoundlands reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these guidelines.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users are encouraged to report any violations of this social media policy to lovenewfoundlands@gmail.com.

MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

a. Love Newfoundlands reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates this policy.
b. Love Newfoundlands may take appropriate action against users who repeatedly violate these guidelines, including banning or blocking their access to social media platforms.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

Love Newfoundlands reserves the right to update or modify this social media policy at any time. Users are responsible for staying informed about any changes.
